I hate to be that guy but this does not seem to be real. For never hearing before she is doing a pretty good job at 1: talking clearly 2: understanding everything that is being said to her despite never hearing a spoke word before.

There are some institutions that teach deaf people to be "audible" and can actually have good speech...there are many different ways that she could have been taught to speak before...I think that this is a wonderful moment in her life and as a parent of a hearing impaired child I am truly happy for her.
